HSE Supervisor
 

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive HSE Supervisor to support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across project sites, ensuring safe and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures across project sites.

• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards.

• Supervise daily HSE activities and promote safe work practices.

• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training programs.

• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety requirements.

• Maintain HSE records and reporting documentation.

• Support internal and external HSE audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

​

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5–8 years’ HSE experience, including project-based exposure.

• Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely).

• Good knowledge of HSE regulations and industry practices.

• Strong communication and supervisory skills.

• Ability to train, mentor, and develop junior personnel, supporting continuous capability development within the HSE team.
