Industrial Relations & Risk Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Marconi.NG EPC Limited is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations & Risk Manager to lead employee relations, labour compliance, community workforce engagement, and workforce risk management across our EPC operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement industrial relations strategies.

• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.

• Engage with labour unions and community stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate workforce-related risks.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and Company policies.

• Advise Management on employment and industrial relations matters.

• Support project mobilization and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience.

• Previous EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial environment experience is highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law.
