Head of Fabrication & Construction

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Marconi.NG EPC Limited is seeking an accomplished Head of Fabrication & Construction to lead fabrication yard operations and construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication and construction operations across multiple projects.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Manage fabrication, welding, construction, and field execution teams.

• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards.

• Drive cost control, schedule adherence, and operational excellence.

• Develop operational KPIs and performance reporting.

• Mentor and develop technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in fabrication, construction, or EPC operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.

• Extensive EPC, fabrication yard, or Oil & Gas construction experience is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of fabrication codes, welding standards, construction methodologies, and project execution.

• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
