Reports To: Scaffolding Supervisor
Job Summary
The Scaffolding Foreman leads a gang of scaffolders to erect and dismantle scaffolds safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
-
Direct the daily activities of the scaffolding crew.

Ensure ground stability before erection begins.
-
Verify all components (tubes, couplers, boards) are defect-free.

Ensure crew uses fall arrest systems (harnesses) 100% of the time.

Update Scafftags daily.

Manage housekeeping of scaffolding materials.
Required Qualifications
-
Trade Test / NABTEB.
Professional Certifications & Licenses
-
CITB/CISRS Part 2 or Advanced.
Experience Requirements
-
Minimum 6 years experience.
Technical Skills & Competencies
-
Knot tying and rope work.
-
Reading scaffolding drawings.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
-
Adherence to erection schedule.
-
Safety compliance of the gang.
Working Conditions
-
Outdoor, heights.
Physical Requirements
-
Strong upper body strength.
