Who You Are

You are a numbers-driven professional who enjoys breaking down complex scopes into accurate, defensible cost estimates. You are comfortable working with engineers and project teams and can translate drawings and specifications into realistic project costs.

Outcomes (What You’ll Be Accountable For)

• Accurate and competitive cost estimates produced on time for tenders and proposals

• Clear cost breakdown structures aligned with project scope and execution strategy

• Reliable budgets supporting project planning and commercial decision-making

• Effective collaboration with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bid preparation

Competencies (What You’re Good At)

• Cost estimation for EPC, fabrication, construction, or industrial projects

• Interpreting drawings, BOQs, specifications, and RFQs

• Cost modeling, benchmarking, and value engineering

• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency

Experience & Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a cost estimation role within EPC or construction

• Experience in oil & gas or industrial projects is an advantage
